UEEC brand and website launches

We were tasked with developing a strong brand identity with a clear connection to the environmental sector, along with developing an informative, engaging and content-rich new website.

The landscape
Urban Edge Environmental Consulting required a distinctive brand identitiy to support the business' mission statement and re-inforce their core offering. We undertook a complete branding project; developing a logo, suite of marketing collateral (from stationery to e-mail templates) and developed a fresh new website. The brand we created was influenced by peri-urban landscape modelling, using the boundary between urban environment and countryside as a key device in the logo itself and throughout the website.

The evolution
The website was developed on the ModX platfrom, a simple CMS that is easy to edit yet provides the flexibility required for a site with evolving content. The site has all the conventions of an informative, engaging brochure site. Alongside other channel marketing activity, the website has enabled UEEC to reach a wider client-base within the environmental consulting sector.

The horizon
UEEC's presence on Google improved within a week of launch. We propelled the brand from barely there (almost invisible) to page 1 of Google, in fact very near the top! – All through natural methods, great content and a proper build.

"The rebrand and site launch was an amazing experience. Not at all as scary as we thought it might be – mainly because of the guys at GSBA. The technical advice we received was invaluable and our training on our CMS was excellent. We’re so happy with the results and really looking forward to the next project."
